Soucek & Green
We were so struck with the paintings of Montreal artist Berge Missakian that we reached out to him and collaborated with him on two CD projects for acoustic guitar duo Nelson Soucek and Craig James Green. We truely felt that Berges’ art complemented the duos’ music very well, and it does.
On the second CD project, “Channeling Piccasso”, we sent a copy of the pre-release music and photos of Nelson and Craigs’ guitars to Berge’ and he painted the original painting for CD cover while listening to “Channeling Picasso”. Our hope was that Berge‘ would be inspired to “Channel Picasso” as well, and he was.
Projects included design, packaging, and promotional videos.
